the staff are helpful. the breakfast provides a good start to the day. the hotel benefits from a very convenient location, around a ten minute walk from the city centre. ample parking is provided.
the shower lacked power, it took a long time to wash the shampoo from my hair.

friendly staff amazing breakfast worn carpets missing coffee maker
i found the staff friendly. they remembered my name and even my preferences, a nice touch, and the breakfast was amazing. the portion size was good, and everything was well-cooked and tasty.
The carpets in the room seemed old and worn. also, there was no coffee maker in the room, which i missed. I like to have a coffee first thing in the morning.

wide selection attentive staff
the breakfast included a wide selection and tasted fresh. i found the staff helpful. they remembered guest preferences. they were very attentive, a welcome touch.
The shower in my room lacked adequate water pressure. It was just a trickle, a minor inconvenience.
